We post this historical exchange in response to Plaintiff 3ABN's
Request
for Production of Documents and Things to Defendant Pickle.

In this reply dated October 12, 2006, Gailon Joy informs Danny Shelton of exactly what will happen if
Danny follows through on his threat to sue.
Now, on September 14, 2007, with no hint of the Plaintiffs backing down, Gailon Joy prepares to stay true
to his word.

Thank you for your lengthy communication below
And I will take some time to strip it paragraph by
paragraph and give it studied response, including a
review of statements already made.
Frankly, I have investigated statements you have made
in the past and found them factually challenged. I will
put these new statements to the truth test as well and
happily disclose my finding. Therefore, your assertions
require absolute proof or they are nakedly empty!!!
I will reiterate my prior position, I will not be the first
to file an action in a civil jurisdiction, but I will fail not
to respond AGGRESSIVELY and enter my appearance
Pro Se with Co-Counsel (an atty I am currently doing
Consulting with is a member of the Illinois Bar). I will
Conduct my own discovery, including propounding
interrogatories, noticing depositions, issuing subpoena
duces teacum, requesting admission as vigorously as
necessary to uncover the truth, the whole truth and
nothing but the truth. Miller commented that I would
need to be prepared to spend a lot of time in Southern
Illinois and my response was: "I am prepared to spend
whatever time is necessary to uncover the truth."
It is my conclusion that you have frequently made
libelous, slanderous and coldly calculated false
statements designed to impugn the character of many
and/or have called upon others to conduct your
work of devilish and vindictive purpose. I have also
concluded that men of such infamy are not "anointed
of the Lord" and are not called to fulfill the Lord's
purposes, but serve only their own purposes. We shall
have to let the Lord determine what He will reveal!!!
So far the revelations have been incredulous and of a
"most startling nature."
By the way, this case is not a Matthew 18 case ... I believe
it is best described in 1 Timothy 6:20 "Those who are
sinning rebuke in the presence of all, that the rest may
also fear."
The issues that are being addressed are best dealt
with in the same manner as Achan was dealt with
as found in Patriarchs and Prophets, Chapter 45, pages
494-497, a must read for all of us in this present age
if we are to take the Promised Land:

The answer from Jehovah was, "Get thee up; wherefore liest thou thus upon thy
face? Israel hath . . . transgressed My covenant which I commanded them." It was
a time for prompt and decided action, and not for despair and lamentation. There
was secret sin in the camp, and it must be searched out and put away before the
presence and blessing of the Lord could be with His people. "Neither will I be
with you any more, except ye destroy the accursed from among you."
God's command had been disregarded by one of those appointed to execute His
judgments. And the nation was held accountable for the guilt of the
transgressor: "They have even taken of the accursed thing, and have also
stolen, and dissembled also." Instruction was given to Joshua for the discovery
and punishment of the criminal. The lot was to be employed for the detection of
the guilty. The sinner was not directly pointed out, the matter being left in
doubt for a time, that the people might

feel their responsibility for the sins existing among them, and thus be led to
searching of heart and humiliation before God.
Early in the morning, Joshua gathered the people together by their tribes, and
the solemn and impressive ceremony began. Step by step the investigation went
on. Closer and still closer came the fearful test. First the tribe, then the
family, then the household, then the man was taken, and Achan the son of Carmi,
of the tribe of Judah, was pointed out by the finger of God as the troubler of
Israel.

Sentence was pronounced and immediately executed. "Why hast thou troubled us?"
said Joshua, "the Lord shall trouble thee this day." As the people had been held
responsible for Achan's sin, and had suffered from its consequences, they were,
through their representatives, to take part in its punishment. "All Israel
stoned him with stones."

The deadly sin that led to Achan's ruin had its root in covetousness, of all
sins one of the most common and the most lightly regarded. While other offenses
meet with detection and punishment, how rarely does the violation of the tenth
commandment so much as call forth censure. The enormity of this sin, and its
terrible results, are the lessons of Achan's history.
Covetousness is an evil of gradual development. Achan had cherished greed of
gain until it became a habit, binding him in fetters well-nigh impossible to
break. While fostering this evil, he would have been filled with horror at the
thought of bringing disaster upon Israel; but his perceptions were deadened by
sin, and when temptation came, he fell an easy prey.
Are not similar sins still committed, in the face of warnings as solemn and
explicit? We are as directly forbidden to indulge covetousness as was Achan to
appropriate the spoils of Jericho. God has declared it to be idolatry. We are
warned, "Ye cannot serve God and mammon." Matthew 6:24. "Take heed, and beware
of covetousness." Luke 12:15. "Let it not be once named among you." Ephesians
5:3. We have before us the fearful doom of Achan, of Judas, of Ananias and
Sapphira. Back of all these we have that of Lucifer, the "son of the morning,"
who, coveting

a higher state, forfeited forever the brightness and bliss of heaven. And yet,
notwithstanding all these warnings, covetousness abounds.
Everywhere its slimy track is seen. It creates discontent and dissension in
families; it excites envy and hatred in the poor against the rich; it prompts
the grinding oppression of the rich toward the poor. And this evil exists not in
the world alone, but in the church. How common even here to find selfishness,
avarice, overreaching, neglect of charities, and robbery of God "in tithes and
offerings." Among church members "in good and regular standing" there are, alas!
many Achans. Many a man comes statedly to church, and sits at the table of the
Lord, while among his possessions are hidden unlawful gains, the things that God
has cursed. For a goodly Babylonish garment, multitudes sacrifice the approval
of conscience and their hope of heaven. Multitudes barter their integrity, and
their capabilities for usefulness, for a bag of silver shekels. The cries of the
suffering poor are unheeded; the gospel light is hindered in its course; the
scorn of worldlings is kindled by practices that give the lie to the Christian
profession; and yet the covetous professor
continues to heap up treasures. "Will a man rob God? Yet ye have robbed Me"
(Malachi 3:8), saith the Lord.
Achan's sin brought disaster upon the whole nation. For one man's sin the
displeasure of God will rest upon His church till the transgression is searched
out and put away. The influence most to be feared by the church is not that of
open opposers, infidels, and blasphemers, but of inconsistent professors of
Christ. These are the ones that keep back the blessing of the God of Israel and
bring weakness upon His people.
When the church is in difficulty, when coldness and spiritual declension exist,
giving occasion for the enemies of God to triumph, then, instead of folding
their hands and lamenting their unhappy state, let its members inquire if there
is not an Achan in the camp. With humiliation and searching of heart, let each
seek to discover the hidden sins that shut out God's presence.

I have a great concern that we have found an Achan in the camp and must ask, how
must we proceed? What will the Lord desire us to do to meet this head-on? Will
Ecclesiastical Authority be up to the great task ahead? Just how do we warn the
"stock-holders in the pews"?
But then, I am assured that the Lord God of Israel is all powerful and is a
"Lamp unto my feet." "Yeah, though I walk through the valley and the shadow of
death, I shall fear no evil..."
Let me reiterate, there is no ecclesiastical authority that
could abrogate the Word of God and grant YOU authority
to divorce and to remarry in blind ignorance to the
commandments of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, when there is
no "proof" of an adulterous affair. And that makes YOU,
the self-exalted leader of the most public ministry within
the Seventh-day Adventist church an open ADULTERER!!!
The Lord has no choice but to caste you aside!!! And His Will
Be done!!! In the name of my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,
It will be most certainly DONE!!!
It is not our purpose to "exonerate Linda" but rather to
determine if there is a factual basis for your claims and
the claims of others. Your opinion and the opinion of
others is irrelevant. The Bible is our Foundation of Faith
and the truth is what matters!!! Let the Truth be known.
Again, I thank you for your communication and sooner
or later you will have to show your hand ... for what it is
worth ... I would not bet the house if I were you as it is
substantially short or you would have already made it
available for public consumption. Your ego and
vindictive personality would have allowed none other!!!
I once again am compelled to call upon you to make a
decided choice to face the honest truth, to confess all
and to ask forgiveness with those you have dishonored,
slandered, libeled and impugned, that you may return to
full communion with the Spirit of the Lord. This would
be God's greatest purpose for you, the Televangelist. What
a great experience it would be, a cathartic experience and
what leadership it would demonstrate before the Remnant
and before the Lord our God. What a spirit of revival and
reformation it would invoke, and perhaps, just perhaps, we
could seriously begin the "Preparation for the Final Conflict."
We will all pray for you and with you that the Spirit may be
manifest in all that you do.

Gailon,
We will let unbiased well respected church leaders decide
what they believe to be truth based on evidence. In your personal
self appointed court, I nor my board, nor anyone who defends
me would have a chance to get a fair hearing as we are not as
good of liars as the other side. You have fallen for half truths
and pure lies. Your reporting is about as accurate as the National
Enquirer reporters.
You are wrong because you are not in the league of those you
are supporting. They have been willing to give you lies. We
have not been willing to give you evidence because you are not
the one that needs to know about Linda or anyone else's sins
as you have stated that you are only to happy to print them.
Trouble is, you've been mis lead. I will assure you when both
sides have given their testimonies and evidence to church leaders
that there will be no doubt in their minds as to who is telling
the truth. They will not be emotionally caught up in the situation
or see themselves as leading a pack of wolves as you do. This
pride will be your downfall to any credibility you pride yourself
with, as far as reporting is concerned.

Thank you again for your input. However, we are rechecking
all the names you referenced in your allegations in the absurd
letter of October 8, 2006 and so far, you are once again demonstrating
that you are factually challenged at every turn. I plead with
you to turn away from your unsanctified attacks and to turn instead
to the sanctified life that the Lord would have you live. Your
confessions and contrite spirit and asking forgiveness would
go so far toward making the future for God's Church and 3ABN
so bright... but the future of 3ABN is in YOUR hands!!! God's
Church is assured continuity right into the promised land, with
or without 3ABN.
We are preparing a paragraph by paragraph response and already
have responses from both Derrell and Linda denying your slanderous,
now libelous, defamation of character statements. We also have
statements from Arild and Johann and are working on statements
from the many others you claim are witnesses for Danny Shelton
and family.
Frankly, your allegations are so outrageous that many GOOD
CONSERVATIVE SEVENTH DAY ADVENTISTS are now recommending that
the injured parties file defamation claims against you and your
board that you claim has so much evidence. Ironically, your board
privately admits they have simply taken your word and have never
seen nor heard any real proof that there was an adulterous affair.
Wake up and realize there was no adulterous affair!!!
The fact is that TIME and the LAW are working against you!!!
MENE, MENE, TEKEL, UPHARSON is not afar off!!!
Yes, Danny the handwriting will soon be on the wall. You can
count the days and the hours that the Lord's judgements will
befall you. You cannot hide from the Divine Intervention. Nor
can you hide from the truth!!! The best defense to slander, libel
and defamation is the truth!!! The truth is: there was no adulterous
affair and you have no biblical basis for divorce!!! That is
the truth!!!
I also intend to make certain that every church leader gets
the alternative version and I am convinced that you will find
yourself defenseless. As all the truth is laid out and fair minded
men, even without the warming affect of the Holy Spirit, consider
the facts from both sides, Danny will be found wanton. In fact,
I predict they will find you worthy of the same fate as Achan!!!
Derrell is correct, you can fool all the people some of the
time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never fool
all the people all the time. The truth will slowly but certainly
convince a sufficient number that you are living in adultery
and that you have slandered, libelled and defamed yourself into
such an irretrievable corner that you and all that you represent
must be cast out of the camp!!!
Again, I implore you to seriously consider confession, contrition
and to ask your many victims forgiveness ... it will go far to
return unity and public confidence in the leadership of 3ABN.
