MOTION TO WITHDRAW
NOW COMES the Law Firm of Drew & Drew, P.C., and
for their Motion to Withdraw as counsel for Petitioner, respectfully
states as follows:
1. That the Law Firm of Drew & Drew, P.C., is currently
counsel of record for the Petitioner in this cause.
2. That Petitioner has retained new counsel to represent her in this matter.
3. That Attorney Laird J. Heal, 3 Clinton Road,
P.O. Box 365, Sterling, Massachusetts, has filed an entry of appearance
in the above captioned cause and a motion to continue on behalf
of the Petitioner.
4. That Attorney Laird J. Heal, in his motion to
continue refers to himself as substitute counsel for the Petitioner.
5. That the Law Firm of Drew & Drew, P.C. have
been terminated as counsel for Petitioner in this cause as a
result of the pleadings filed by Attorney Laird J. Heal.
6. That the Law Firm of Drew & Drew, P.C., do
hereby request leave to withdraw as counsel for Petitioner due
to the Petitioner seeking and obtaining new counsel to represent
her in

WHEREFORE, the Law Firm of Drew & Drew, P.C., does
hereby seek leave to withdraw as counsel for Petitioner in the
above referenced matter for the reasons stated herein.
